Where can I find a Bill Simmons style fantasy football league?

Simmons advocates auction leagues, keeper leagues (for a price you can keep some of your players), a longer season, among other changes to the standard Yahoo! format. Does anyone know where I can find a league, or at least a site that has the options for such a league, that follows Bill Simmons’ rules?

Try to find a Bill Simmons fan site or fan forum or something. They should be out there somewhere… of course joining a keeper league with random people on the internet is probably not recommended.
